BAYVIEW PUBLIC LIBRARY Meeting Rooms The library has two meeting rooms that community groups and local businesses may reserve. The Oak Room seats up to 12 people and is equipped with a large screen and video-conferencing equipment. The Harbor Room seats up to 40 people and has a projector and a sound system. Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of three hours per day. Community groups may use the rooms free of charge. Businesses are charged $25 per hour. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance through our online booking form. Food and drinks other than water are not permitted in either room.
